Fire Risk Assessor & Consultant
Callum combines professional fire and health & safety risk-assessment practice with four years of operational firefighting experience, bringing an informed and practical perspective to each premises.
His qualifications include Level 3 and Level 4 fire risk assessment, the NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate and the NEBOSH General Certificate. His work is supported by knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, BS 9991, BS 9999, Approved Document B and established residential fire-safety guidance.
Experience includes life-safety fire risk assessments across residential, commercial and industrial premises, together with general health & safety risk assessments. Health & safety assessments can be commissioned independently or coordinated with a fire risk assessment where this benefits the client.
Where a matter sits outside the agreed assessment scope or requires a specialist survey, test or design, this will be identified by Callum.
