Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments for residential premises where that assessment methodology is appropriate, including purpose-built blocks of flats, converted residential buildings, specialist housing and other multi-occupied residential premises.

Commissions can include high-rise and higher-risk residential buildings, including buildings over 18 metres, subject to the agreed scope.

Reports identify significant life-safety findings and provide a clear, prioritised action plan. Type 3 assessments can include inspection within a sample of flats where agreed and access is provided.

Life-safety fire risk assessments for offices, shops, industrial premises and other suitable non-domestic buildings. The relevant benchmark guidance, occupancy, escape arrangements and available fire-safety records are considered within the agreed scope.

Health & Safety Risk Assessments

General health and safety risk assessments for residential, commercial and industrial premises, identifying significant hazards, existing controls and proportionate actions.

This can be commissioned as a standalone health and safety risk assessment or coordinated with a fire risk assessment during the same visit where appropriate, helping clients consolidate site access, information gathering and reporting.
